Architectural Illustrators required
Required skills: Building & Architecture, Photoshop
We are seeking to establish a long term relationship with a select number of architectural illustrators. Your specialty will be watercolour style illustrations, working from architectural plans and photo samples of the materials to be used. We will start off with interiors but exteriors will no doubt required in the near future.
You MUST have relevant examples in your portfolio and be willing to carry out a test project to demonstrate your skills. (We have had too many people claim they can deliver based on portfolios which turn out to be someone else's work)
Quick delivery is important & the end product must be A4 size TIFF images at 300 dpi.

scanned to pdf. Need drawings redrawn accurately to .dwg. Provide two quotes; Entire sheet with notes, and alternate quote for floor plans only, to include walls, doors, windows, stairs, room names, and major dimensions, but no notes, elevations, sections, or details. See the attached sample drawing. Budget choice may not accurately encompass project scope and cost, feel free to bid higher or lower. Proof of previous projects and clients required.
Photoshop Post-Production Architectural Photography
ng photo projects that range from 4 to 25 photos per project. Turn around in 2 to 3 days with second round corrections also required if necessary. Please have six or more samples of your work including color correction, removal/cloning, squewing, wide angle lens correction, among others. The work show be able to be reproduced up to 30 by 40 inches working from 30meg raw files. I create about 400 photos per year.
