Google Map Plot & Export with Website User referral to join

I would like a Google Map module for Dot Net Nuke
In the ContentPane would be the Map
The RightPane would be a search with the ability to input Coordinates inc MGRS, Long Lat, Postcode, Zip code, UTM etc. Under the search would be a conversion tool where you can see what the Grid ref is in other Coordinate types.
Also in the RightPane would be an export option which you could click and it would convert it to a KML/Z wich you can save or open. When you enter a coordinate into to the search the map moves to that postion.
On the LeftPane would be another search where you input a Coordinate and then have it search Google maps for the nearest police station, hospital, ATM, Petrol St. With the ability plot a route (from here to here option) which would then display in the Content Panel below the map.
This website already has the MGRS option with the export to KML http://www.nearby.org.uk/flyto.php (Export Example)
Iam also after a referral module where by you can only join if you recieve an invitation email from an already registered member. This email can not be forwarded to anyone else and used. I would also be able to see who refered who in the admin side
When a user has been invited, the link in the email will take them to the registration page.
Payment will be made via paypal on completion of project

Custom Google Map
Wordpress CMS, so if there are any technical implementation steps with that CMS, I'll need some tips on how to install the custom map there as well..
I've already attempted to create this map in Google's 'MyMaps' section, and it didn't meet my needs.. the maps I referenced above seem to be using a special version of Google's custom maps (maybe the KML version)

Wordpress Blog integration with mysql and google map

Basically we need a Google Map for implementation on our website, where our users can blot in a location as an area. The area must to be illustrated with a circle and that circle shall be moveable and re-sizeable.
The centre coordinates and the radius of the circle we are going to pass on to the next PHP page for further processing.

f course we create the google map api for all the website that we install the component other wise it wont work....
but thats is the one problem we have.. that google map it work in some templates only!

I prepare a website using google map api.
Now i have a list of places to upload but I miss Google map datas : latitude and longitude.
I need someone to find a way (script) to complete my file, using ZIP CODE, CITY and COUNTRY. There is around 20 000 places to find.
