2. Our website header (logo & menu) should always be on top and the forum right below.

The main website is running right now, so I will provide you with all the files needed and you will have to test it on your own server before it is uploaded. Smooth upload on my server is crucial and should not disrupt users for more than a day.

We are looking for someone familiar with PHPFox and Vbulletin.
We want the two integrated to share login information and profiles. For example when someone logs into the site their "my account" page would be setup much like the user page in phpfox, but on the vbulletin forum side of things if you were to click on the users profile it would take you to their "myspace" profile page.
