Make Java .jar game emulator playable on website in browser

I want someone to take an Emulator called AEPgb (which emulators game boy and game boy color games) and make it playable on my website in the browser.

It must be dynamic. In other words, I should be able to specify on the html page what game rom to load and also be able to specify what user is playing the game because this must also support saving so when a user on my site plays a game using this emulator, it'll create a save file based on the game's name and the user's id.
My budget is $ 50.

Java Maze Game
Create a java class that works with the supplied classes (WITHOUT CHANGING THE GIVEN CLASSES) that completes a java maze game. Text file of more in depth directions attached along with the java files.

I just wan to setup on my computer as long as when I turn on my computer, it will run the flash player live streaming from a website in full screen. Meaning I don't have to click anything since I open the computer.

Lobby / Quizz Application Game For Online Dating Website
30 secondes to answer.
The counter will be show when only 20 seconds left, and for the last 10 seconds, it will be highlighted to say « go fast ».
The counter will be in a Love Hearth, who separate the candidates, the 5min time is ON the heart, from the top to the bottom, and will show.
Please use PMB to have more d?tails, and probable, more Advanced d?tails.. It's a project hard to explain since I'm not native English speaker.

VERY Simple Flash or Java Trivia Game using my database.
Players will unlock a few power ups....time out ( can place on another player to stop them from answering for a round. Valentine ( give points to another player ) etc. There are 8 types of power ups. like this. They are not very complex.
I will provide detailed game doc to winning bidder. Can also in PM show a rough mockup.

U can use some OpenSource server as a base start to make the development faster and cheaper.
detailed design and protocol will be send before we start the project

not just a normal website and I should be able to embed the url myself hardcoded.
The pages that will show in the overlay are in SHIFT-JIS Japanese.
The screen is attached and we have some marketing banners that
go over the image.
If you show a working version of this or already have one ready I will choose it and pay.
