we already have one working script that takes data into database
we need to connect database to one charting software.

Need to modify and copy over from other template to another WP template
oter, post area and sidebars. I can treat all the areas as if they are sidebars I am able to add any widget I want to the header, footer, post area and of course the sidebars as usual. If its possible to just copy over the already created code from original template to the 3 or 4 new templates I have and the price is economical for me I may have more later.

You can write it in any language just as long as it is standard and the end result is an EXE file. I do not want the source code, I just want it to work without any bugs. You will need to supply all necessary accompanying files, like ocx etc. If I need changes in the future, obviously I will deal with you.
