Wordpress MU site: themes/features/plugins needed

Need a Wordpress expert to build specific features through custom themes and plugins in Wordpress MU.
Please PM with credentials displaying your knowledge/experience with Wordpress and details of the features required will be given and you can ask any questions you might have about them to be certain you are clear on the projects requirements and your ability to achieve them.
The site is a single-author blog who desires to give the sections of the site a unique theme. At the projects core is making Wordpress MU act like regular Wordpress in areas of sharing information across all the sub-blogs (such as registered users/commenters, tags, plugins) on the site while keeping other features separate (such as other plugins and themes) as each sub-blog will be treated in this site as a sub-section not independent from the main.
-Migrating existing Wordpress site into the new MU is part of the project.
-Graphic design in a unique theme (mock up provided) is requested, however if you only have programmers and no designers on your team, I will still consider your bid.

Mend broken wordpress mu site. Webmin panel
rdpress mu site on a vps using a webmin panel. Through my tampering I have broken the site when I changed some DNS records and need someone to get the site back. I also want to add some MX records to use google mail and make sure the glue and A records are set correctly. I would also need a mail. subdomain creating with a redirect to google mail.

I have a Wordpress MU site, gibcosta.com, that has attained 300 or so errors that need W3 validating, but more importantly my drop down menu navigation has broken that was working fine before - the code is all in there, it just needs repairing and to pass validation.

Fix redirect loop on Wordpress MU site.

The problem is when I map a new domain, it will get stuck in a redirect loop.
My server is running Apache and Ubuntu 10.04, I've added the DNS entried for each domain I want on the server.
I need to be able to add new domains without them getting stuck in redirect loops.
This should be very simple for anyone who is knowledgeable about Apache.

I require someone to fix the problem, as well as transfer all of the sites over to my new hosting providers (HostGator). I will not be using a WordPress MU Network for the HostGator account, as this network has brought me nothing but problems since the beginning.
