Required skills: .NET, Flash, Flex, Java, PHP
A simple screen sharing module and the presenter or the viewer can take control of the screen.
No installation should be there. Just A hosted solution.
It should be like this..A person logs into the app. and sees a button "Host Show your screen".
When he presses the button, he gets a link and a pin which he provides to his viewers.
option2: "show universally" where he gets a link and no pin is required by the viewer
Thats all..

Webcam Simulator (Video Playlist / Screen Sharing)

Avatars can move here and there like life, shall be able to chat with each other with move over like utility..Shall able to wear clother of their choice,drive vehicle of their choice..3d university with real avatars should be very close to real life..
The project should be totally on flash,php and mysql..

ould be matter of a link click or confirming the request based on session code received. By this screen share will not require to know much about the user of the main application. You can suggest approach to minimize the dependency of this app on main app. Or we can discuss based on your prototype.

You can use any free software licensed conversion and thumbs generation such as FFmpeg, etc., which are complete, cross-platform solution to record, convert and stream audio and video.
