Online Data Storage Website - User friendly

I am looking to get a website made similar to the following websites. Each have a certain aspect that I am going for; here are the links to the demos that will give a good overview of what the site is all about.

The thing I like about datastash.com. It is simple, but well organized... I would like to keep this simplicity but add a couple features.
I would like to have it organized by first having 3 folders. I would like the three folders to be named Public, Photos, and the username of the person logged on. I would like to be able to share files and folders just like getdropbox where you can send a link for a specific file or folder, or even send an email invite.
Once the website got further into beta, I would like the users who accept the invite to be able to chat (only to those in the specific folder) and that way it could be a workstation.
I would like uploading to be easy were the user can easily upload whole folders at once. A screenshot of datastash.com is provided; I would like something similar to this. Getdropbox.com has a neat feature where it tracks changes an has the different versions saved. I would like to implement this and only have to take into account the actual changes made (for bandwidth purposes).
