We have a need for some software that will allow us to create interactive floor plans for real estate use.
We need a stand alone application that will run on XP or Vista.
We need to be able to insert an image of a house floor plan We then need to be able to insert buttons onto the plan that link to an image.
For example each room in the house will have a button or logo that can be clicked,
The software needs to be able to output this information as a flash or SWF file so it can be hosted on a clients server.
Basically we can currently create this using Macromedia flash, however we want a simpler way to do it in a wizard or drag and drop format.

Doors / windows bathroom fittings drag and drop into the the drawing of which cuts out walls to allow doors etc thhen you can move them change sizes etc...It then updates the drawing to show your floor plan
