I run an electrical construction company in Los Angeles area and provide services close to 150 cities all around Los Angeles. My website contains landing pages for each of the cities where I provide electrical service to.

Wordpress CMS, so if there are any technical implementation steps with that CMS, I'll need some tips on how to install the custom map there as well..
I've already attempted to create this map in Google's 'MyMaps' section, and it didn't meet my needs.. the maps I referenced above seem to be using a special version of Google's custom maps (maybe the KML version)

Simple Google Map
and I want to show circles on the Google Map for a radius of 0.5 km, 1.0 km and 2 km from my home (as the circle center). The Google map with circles can be shown as something interactive on the web (but which eventually must be able to print out).

traffic based on google map
I need a software running on windows7, compiled in resolution 800x480.
the pc has a gps connect to serial port, the software need to have a setting panel where to set the GPS port and the BAUD.
the software need to show the position on google maps, and show the traffic.

Workflow:

I know google map provides some functions that can get the address of a location using longitude and latitude information. Google Map with PHP/MySQL
import data from excel and save to mysql data,all data at the first have address simple and it convert to long/lat of google map.
A row of data contain address, name , like the link above, all save to mysql and can change on web inlcude the color.Also we can add a maker on map( color default is red) with the same info when we import from file.
When refresh the web it will load all the record on database and show all on the map .
