I am looking for someone who could build me a cheap GSM or GPS tracker. I want the tracker to be fitted with a SIM card so that i can locate it using online webservices such childlocate or people locator. I would like to know if the tracker could be fitted with a vibration or tilt sensor so that i receive a text when moved.
If i find someone to build one of them at an affordable price, i will probably order more as i already have clients in view to buy them.
Don't know if a RF transmitter could be fitted in the tracker so it could be located if concealed.

I need a smartphone application that allows to search the database for clubs near by (based on GPS) or from set location. then send the data to smartphone native mapping ap for directions.
I have a website that has a database of night clubs in various cities. The site is created on zencart with the data in a mysql database on godaddy servers.
Of course this would require some sort of mini cell transmitter/receiver, at some very low power application. I know from college, we had a campus radio station transmitting at 10,000 milliwatts (10 watts). I'm not trying to establish communication, just locate the phones, through gps or triangulation, for safety, protection or as a deterant.
This has far reaching commercial applications, like locating everyone in the mall, at a concert or in a jail.
