2 Real Estate Websites to be designed

Hi,
We need two similar websites to be designed. They Must be SEO friendly so experience in desiging an seo friendly site is a must. Both sites will need to incorporate RSS feed and Site maps. The main task of the site will be as a landing page for use with add words so a form will need to be created on the first page to for people to fill in and send me there details. The form will need to be very easy to fill in and have the best position for conversions. Content will be provided but designers are asked to add something for now. Although at first we dont need many pages I will want to add lots of content/articals later on so will need a page that is generic so we can then add articals.
Both sites will need to be a fresh design using CSS and (divs). Each site will be doing the same job but will need to be different in style.
Payment will be made by escrow once project is finnished.
