Conversion / porting of code from Delphi to C# and in HTML5

I will provide a remote desktop access to a Windows server on which DELPHI 10 runs so that the programmer can work on the code via remote connection.
The app is an application for executing some Windows networking commands such as tracert, ipconfig, nslookup, remote connection to GeoIP server etc in the background. More details about the app will be provided in PMB.
There are 3 bugs to be fixed and they should be simple fixes and bugs fixes.

keyword software tool that was created a few years back in Delphi. It no longer works because the coding of the keyword sources has changed.

... I believe I can access an ordinary DLL (my programming skills are limited). We do not use COM or .NET.
A good solution might be directing us to the appropriate DLL or API call that can take the assigned name of the paired device, and return two parameters: the outgoing port, and the incoming port. The solution needs to work for XP, Vista, and W7.

I Need A Delphi Programmer To Take Over A Project.
ject that my previous dev has quit working on. The program is written in delphi 2010. Essentially it is a screen scraper.. it takes a .html file and parses through it, stores the data in a .mdb file, then formats the data based on a rules engine. All of this works as it should.. The previous developer was adding a feature to the application that would allow it to parse a different type of .html file, but has stopped work on it in the middle of development and I need someone to finish.
