Programmer wanted to create extensive new Dating site.

am looking for some to create a new dating site for me very similiar to the one on abk-soft.com. I need 3D video chat, an events page, and etc. Basically everything that site offers.I do not need the VIOP phone and the 3D city is not a deal breaker. I can not get in contact with their staff so I am trying to find a free lance webdesigner who can do this himself. I also need help with the installation of the site. I need this job finished by March 2010.
