blog comments anf forum posting service needed

I need a reliable poster to do this work, I have some online shops selling clothing or purse and I need hundres of backlinks from blog comments and forums signature. Experienced provider only.
I used to hire two people here to do this work, but they didn't meet my requirement, sanjid has poor English and tons of private issues that will stop him working, the other freelancer can not make comments live. So, only experienced provider can bid this project.
Requirement:
1.All links are from clothing/purse/fashion related blogs or forums, I will not pay for unrelated posting. If you have some sites that you are not sure, please send the url to me for approvement.
2.I will ONLY pay for LIVE blog comments and forum signatures, if they are rejected on the payment date, you must agree to replace them.
3.I need about 50 posting daily and you must send daily report; please send you report for your previous work. I will check it.
4.Please let me know your rates for 300 live submission, I hope it will not be too much.
Please note I'm not asking for SEO package here, please bid my projects seriously.
