AutoCAD VBA 2D Macro Ceiling Plan Required

Hi
You need to have experience with creating macros with VBA for AutoCAD to produce dynamic 2d drawings to be eligible for this project.
I am looking for someone to create a macro based ceiling plan in 2D. This will be made up with series of rectangles and circles controlled by a user interface. The user enters simple parameters and the plan changes shape. This is a prototype and I will show it to my boss, if it is successful then we can do more.
I have attached a file showing two examples, I hope this is enough for you to get an idea of what I need.
I look forward to seeing some profiles and receiving some bids.
$ 30 worth for sample (max$ 80 for whole project). I will pay the balance of your bid for completed work if I get the go ahead. I am looking for an experienced person who can work fast so low prices is not an issue because you get the job done fast and right first time.

ape. I can provide a drawing to show you what is required but I am testing the water to see if I can get some $ 30 bids. Once I have viewed some profiles I will make contact and provide a drawing of what is required and adjust the bids if necessary. Vba / Excel Macro Debug
I have a VBA / Excel Macro in about 100 lines, using "Application.OnTime TimeValue("00:00:55")" to auto run the macro every day at 00.55, but it will not kill the previous task so the 2nd day this macro will crate 2 results, i need someone to fix this for me.

I would also like whilst the ribbon menu is shown an additional icon that would show another user form showing how many days remaining until the expiration and within this user form a hyperlink can be clicked on the user would be taken to an external website. I hope this provides an overview and would welcome any questions.

For word 2011 you can manually add furigana (sometimes called ruby text) to a kanji document by highlighting it and going through some steps. Its a pain.

The xml ribbon menu would be registered on success (this should be provided also) and without the add-in registered the ribbon menu would be non functioning.
