I want a freelancer that can provide some advice on other aspects I may need in the application and can build the application so that it can be maintained on a day to day basis by myself.

I have not included a budget as I am not sure what something like this will cost - as you can tell by the current status of our website (i.e. 3 seasons worth of data) I am very keen to progress this.

SS manipulation. I just need to know the different classes and ID's used to customize the final layout.

Time for completion is not as important as the provider fully understanding the application and taking the time to do it correctly. I am very patient and more than willing to talk through any questions the provider may ultimately have.

I can and will provide a more detailed description with mock up images to the winning bidder.
