Powerpoint or Flash Video

I am looking to have a video created that will be played on my website, flash, powerpoint...whatever format you can provide, my programmer can work with it. Majority of the video will be pictures with background design...some streaming video if you have stock.

I will provide voice and music track. Approximately 2-2 1/2 minutes in length.
This video is to explain my company and 5 different levels of compensation.

Job required within 5-7 days of awarding. Overbid I will not accept, this is to test your skill as I have 4 additional video's required after this one. Once I know your skill level & accuracy I will increase the fee.

We like how this is upbeat, but there is no voice over. (maybe we don't need a voice over).
We just want people to understand that they can pay themselves

We need some help and advice - I need to get flash video working at very high quality on a clients web site - maybe using h264 - or similar.
If you are an expert this could be simple! Maybe even just recommending the best player and settings to encode at and helping us do this!
Please give me links to work you have done - or describe what you can do to help me.

Successful candidate will have to do it with the files I provide and send it back to me (milestone one) explaining how he did it. And if I like to output, the person will have to teach me how to do it.
Files must stay in flash format and must not be reencoded, meaning quality will be preserved.
