Text Mailer

I need someone to create a text message marketer for non-profit organizations. The concept includes having two different modes. The first mode will be used for a custom subscribers list, where it is automatically dials out text. The second mode will be an auto dialer where the suffix will start from 0000 and count 0001, 0002, up to 10,000. (The individual will enter in the area code and prefix before they run the software."
I want the software that will work with Firefox to be able to log in to and out of Gmail accounts and send a total of 500 messages for each account. To send 500 text the software will will load the browser and automatically go to Google mail. Then it will auto-fill in the email address and password, and then the capatcha if necessary to log in to Gmail. Then compose a message is brought up, and then notepad opens up and auto dials 249 cell phone numbers and sends it. This process will happen twice with each email to send the 500. I would like this to happen with up to 100 different Gmail accounts.
There needs to be a drop down list for the cellular providers to select from before you send out. There also needs to be text boxes where the person can enter the area code and prefix, and a place where you can add and subtract the emails you want to use to send the text. I would also like if the software could count at the bottom the text sent, the emails used, and the mode that it was in. Also include the message area to enter your text. I would like if there could be a load and save buttons for the Gmail accounts. There will be for different versions. The higher the version the more text you can send in a 24 hour period. First version can send 5,000. The second can send 15,000 the third can send 30,000 and the fourth can send unlimited text. That's basically it.
Does there need to be a counter for the process of doing this?

Finally, the function should simply return nothing if invalid input is passed to it, or if the text file does not exist.

text message to my mobile phone whenever there is an entry on this Facebook page containing the word "Enhanced" or the word "pricegasm".
I need the alert instantly (well, with a minute or two of it being posted)

Text Tagging Interface
main point of the program is that (1) I want the input of the tags to be as quick as possible (preferably point and click from an editable list of tags), and that (2) I want to be able to select the exact text i want tagged, where (3) unique opening and closing tags will be put at the beginning and end automatically for the selected text. I want the tags to be visible and not hidden.
I am also willing to consider .RTF files if most formatting from documents can be preserved.
