We are a rental property management company and we need a simple, semi-fun/semi-professional looking logo for our "For Rent" signs and other printed material and web site.
The deliverables for this project are:
o A full-size logo which includes our name
o A geometric-only logo for use in small places
o A color palette for selecting colors that match the logo for use in our printed and other materials.
o A sample For Rent sign using the logo and including our phone number
o Drawings should be done in a vector-based format
At the end of the project we would like to receive all original source files and will have copyright transferred to us. Further, we do not want to use any fonts or artwork that require a license.
