t 10 products. he wants something really simple to update and not complicated. we dont need all the features. we have 2 psd templates that need to be converted to be put on to the site. one is is the main page. the other template is the inner pages. essential functionality:

1) SEO compliant URL's and content
2) Easy to update
3) Paypal integration with shopping cart
4) Shipping calculation
5) newsletter management and subscriber feature
6) excellent security
