should be clean and CSS file(s) should be written with logical and meaningful class names with comment lines.

Pages have to be cross browser compliant. It should work consistently on a minimum of IE (7,8,9), Firefox, Safari,Mobile Safari(iPad), Opera, and Chrome. Should also work on Windows as well as Mac platforms. We will expect the developer to thoroughly test for the same.
