I want a client server application, the client will be monitoring the traffic per application that is done in the computer and will report the traffic into the server. From the server the user will be able to monitor the traffic from every client and put limit on the bandwidth at any client.

You will need to signup for a free trial of WHMCS and install on your own development server. Same things goes for PRTG, you will need to install it on your local WIndows machine to complete the project.

My normal php developer is on holiday so I need someone to work live with me now via skype.

This is about 1-2 hours of work

I need an addon to my site that does a live ping of an given ip.
The ping itself will run on a vps (server 2) and must post the reponse time back to another server 1.

Server 1 will receive the response of the ping and display the data in a realtime live graph, while server 2 is pinging the ip.

I'd like the graph to display to show the result as a heartrate monitor does in a hospital..

I am not sure if amazon's api can do this, so if you know of a better solution for what I am trying to accomplish please let me know.
