I am looking for a company that can build a good Top 10 Google ranking for a list of keywords for our website.
I am paying 250$ / month x 60 months = 15.000$ with the possibility to renew the contact, so bids will not matter.
We want both top ten in every possible location, meaning :

google.*
The selected professional will need to submit a strategy covering all White Hat SEO techniques.
Black hat/Grey Hat Techniques are not allowed.
