New content management internet radio station

Basic design elements for interactive website for internet & FM radio station
Station currently streams 24/7 around the world playing non-stop house & dance music. The audience is youth/young adult so the website must vibrant and engaging.
As the station grows there may be more opportunity for other work.
The station is currently 99% automated using the StationPlaylist software www.stationplaylist.com
The station will also be starting FM broadcasts as part of the Low Power FM community network within the next 2 months.
With the launch of the FM service there will be an increase in live DJ’s both in the local studio and remotely connected via the internet.
Branding and logo will be required, please indicate if this is NOT included in your bid
The following is a list of items we would like to have, obviously we are open to suggestions
The station receives no money from advertising or commercials, a very very small amount is received from donations but this does not cover running or production costs. The station is run by enthusiastic volunteers so we do not have an unlimited budget.
Sitewide
Header to remain constant with logo and tabs/links to the other pages
The new site must include some kind of Content Management as there are several items that will be updated on a regular basis
Index Page
Logo including tagline
Link to embedded streaming audio (2x mp3 audio streams) Possibly embedded player and/or popup player
Song currently playing (data uploaded via FTP from StationPlaylist radio software)
List of last 5 songs played (data uploaded via FTP from StationPlaylist radio software)
Twitter Feed (displaying last 5 tweets and link to “Follow on Twitter”)
RSS button (to enable user to subscribe to RSS feeds from the site)
Area showing images of artists currently playing/featured on the station (I may want this to click to open a relevant artist Youtube video in new window)
Text area giving background to radio station
Donation button linked to paypal account
Area for future google ads
Link to Facebook page
LIVE ON AIR indicator. This to be lit up when a live set is being broadcast (easy DJ interface to enable this)
Iamge, info & link to mobile radio software (shoutcast for iPhone)
Music Download Page
Clickable images linking to downloadable MP3 files stored in various locations on the web and local servers. Text areas giving details of the mix (typically there are 1 or 2 new mixes uploaded each month and I would like stats showing the number of times downloaded, when and if possible from where)
Donation button linked to my paypal account
Comments section where visitors can leave comments about the mixes
Top 3 downloads, listing of the top 3 downloaded mixes
Poll. Ability for listeners to take part in a poll and see results of poll
RSS Feed for visitor to subscribe when new mix is available for download

Clickable links to allow access to the audio stream in Winamp, Real Player, iTunes & Windows Media player with their appropriate icons. (this is separate from the potential embedded player)
Interactive map where visitors can enter their city so it displays on a zoomable world map
Comments area so visitors can suggest tunes or leave comments
DJ Schedule – listing of times when DJ’s and live broadcasts are occurring
FM Broadcast schedule – list of times when the station is broadcasting on FM

Individual DJ pages for DJ’s playing or featured on the station
The pages must allow for an image, a brief bio and other text and a link to their own page such as myspace or facebook etc.
Rate the Tunes
Page where the visitors can choose and rate their favourite tunes to compile a Top 10 list. This list to be updated and displayed each week.

Logo For Internet Radio Station
e logo should incorporate the name in a modern look. The feel should be of a cool modern radio station that is commercial. The target audience of the station is for the expat segment. Most of the time the logo will be on a black background but not always.
Since the station can be heard around the world, the logo should have a feeling of "global reach".
I would like to see some kind of concept image before I choose the successful bidder.
