Very simple photo uploader/creator application needed

I'm after a very simple photo uploader/creator which will allow people to add our branding to a photo of their choice. The user will then be able to download the photo to their PC and upload it to facebook, twitter, etc.

Replace [DOT] with a . and you'll get the link!

So the process will be:

- User uploads photo

- User moves photo around to fit in our branded frame

- Application adds their photo inside frame and resizes it to a suitably small size for social network profile pictures (Facebook, Twitter, Bebo, Forums, etc)

- User downloads branded photo to their PC

Simple!

We'll provide the branded frame, I'm just looking for someone to build this and install it on our server. It will be integrated into an existing Wordpress/">Wordpress powered website so you'll need to be able to provide us with the code for our web developer.

This work is being carried out for a charity so the budget isn't huge but then again it isn't a complex project.

All applicants must have experience of building something similar and must be able to provide references.
