-The module should access by a tab in the report section of zen cart

The smallest amount of core files as possible should be edited.

If possible, the shop owner can set the order in which the salutation options appear on the registration page.

The new solutions on the registration page must adhere to the same format and formatting as the existing Mr and Ms options.

Create a module that can be installed into Zen Cart that will convert the "detailed invoice" into a PDF file and attach it to the initial order confirmation email sent to the customer. Also remove any instance of "Click here to view your detailed invoice" from confirmation email.

not getting "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"

You really need to be experienced in Zen Cart, MySql and uploading large files to a database to take on this project. For the right person it shouldn't take long to go in and do the fixes, upload the files and fix the timeout issues. Were not looking for so called consultants that in turn has someone else do the work.
