Make new OLE IE Javascript Function in Delphi again  

Need a coder to fix me a small IE javascript bug.
It's not really spectacular though :)

Hello, I have Delphi code with OLE IE in it.
I need a function that will get one of Images from IE.
I need BASE64 Data of an image.

A have it DOM location, like
WB1.oleobject.document.all.item123 - it's my image.

Do you know a place in IE memory where this image data is situated ?
I already have some not good soultions, I do not need: Clipboard copy method, PrintScreen method, reload from HTTP method, IExplore Cache method.

I have developed a fair amount of JavaScript for one dynamic page on our site - it works fine in Chrome,FireFox, Safari and others BUT WILL NOT WORK in IE 7 or IE 8

I need someone to look at the site and find what needs to be done to make the JavaScript work in IE 7 and 8

his code will be used in an Electronic Medical Records system and our business is starting to really take off. If I can find someone that I can trust who does good work, is reliable and understands technology, there will be MANY more projects just like this one in the future.

This needs to be accomplished by changing the class of each <div>. The function needs to work with a variable number of <div>'s.

It is not in my mind to resell the new component created as component. It's only for use in my project.
I want this in Delphi, because it's a language I can read...
I want this in Delphi 6, because it's the licence I have...
Of Course higher version are welcome but the project MUST compile easy with Delphi 6.

5. Job:
Show/not show function that allowed to show the field name, checkbox name, radiobutton names on the right site of there. So when I click on a button it show on right the name of the radiobutton in text and so on.
