Install a wordpress blog to hosting space.
Redirect DNS servers etc to make it point to correct space for domain name.
Install Wordpress Theme I will provide
Install Wordpress Plugins on it as seen at Jeffmills.com
Create an account at bestjobs.ph using your name and location. This should all be easy for someone that knows what they are doing.
NOTE: This work should take less than 2 hours to complete and is a trial run for a potential FULL TIME webmaster/assistant position. Our budget for this small work load is $ 40 USD.

All content from the old site needs to be tweaked and formatted to look proper in the new theme. Think CSS tweaking and editing.
