I like the rounded corners and the captcha verification.

The plugin will need a simple admin settings page.

All code must be written by you, do not plagiarize or copy code from anywhere.

need a contact form to send admin html mail exactly like attached image, but with extra field "contact number".

So 4 fields: name, email, contact number, message.

Also, send a "thank you" message to sender.

Once the form is submitted the admin can view forms in admin sidebar with little numbers for new submissions. Once admin clicks on form the admin can then view/sort/delete/export form submissions on a per form basis.

I need someone to implement a script to allow the sending of e-mails from our contact form. I have the form script and the page, you just need to put the two together. It should only take 10-20 minutes MAX. Don't bother bidding over $ 20, as it is not that hard!

We need this form done within the next 24hrs. This is a rush project. If you do not think that you can complete it please do not bid as we are in a tight spot with a short deadline. We also have other projects which we could also use you for after this is complete should you have the proper capabilities.

So:
1.) Change the validation error so it shows the red box-shadow when there is an error. I want to get rid of the default way that CF7 does this.
2.) Using jQuery or something, I want the select to look just like my design.

Needs to be cross-browser. IF, using CF 7 for this is too much trouble, I am willing to use another form processor. Those who can show me similar forms or just a really good form design they've done will get priority.
