Need auto att dsl ip changer

get sign ups to an adult site. All that is needed is a username and an email address for the sign up to be counted. All sign ups have to be from a unique ip address from the US and a unique email address.

I need about 4000 to 4500 sign ups per month!

I will pay $ 0.10 per sign up. I will pay twice a month after I get paid from the company. Payment will be through Paypal.

If this works out I would like for it to be a long term thing.

You need to change your IP address go to a website i will tell you then download a software, register it with with dafault browser who have the ip changing program in it and then remove the software from system and then again ip changing and download software again. these are the steps yu need to do for this project. let me know the interested persons.
