Online web application for Image editing
Required skills: PHP
We need to build an online application (PHP preferred) for image uploading & editing.
We prefer a coder that did a similar project or can use open source for it to edit the open source according to our requirements.
Must have a VERY NICE easy to use, user interface.
Functions will be:
Admin will be able to upload images that will be used for frames. (png images with transparency to be used as a picture frame)
User can select a frame template from preloaded selection of categorized images and then use it with his uploaded images (multiple images per frame – like a frame can have 3 cut-outs and user can put a different image in each cut-out).
Image editing includes: crop, scale, move, brightness, text on images (with text editing), select shapes and callouts on images, etc.
User can save uploaded images for future use and can save his designed templates.
Admin can set a price for each part that customers will need to pay for using this application. Price will not be shown to the customer till he finished editing his images and is ready for checkout…
Please include how you would charge for changes and editions which will surely come up.
This will be integrated with an online shopping cart (Magento Commerce) for customers to go from the cart to this application, then add to cart the total price from the application and checkout/pay with the cart.

This feature of using frames (divided in categories and sub categories) and layers like them in VERY important to me...
following need to be done:
- Directory of frames
- with subdirectories
- ability to select particular frame and switch to image editing page
- user's image editing page with functionality:
- based on a selected frame image (from directory)
- ability to upload customer own photo or use already uploaded photo from existing user's account
- ability to do the following operations on user's photo:
- select particular rectangular image area and crop
- scale image from 0 to 200%
- change image brightness
- add text strings to the image (select font, color and size)
- add shapes and callouts to the image (from predefined list of these shapes/callouts images)
- save designed template for later use
- user should be able to upload and process more than one photo
- need Undo option
- admin back-end with ability
- review list of all uploaded frames
- upload new frames
- remove old frames
- manage list of categories/sub-categories for the Directory
- and then integrate all these scripts into your exisitng magneto commerce,
