Headers Needed - Re-design x 5

Am looking for a design of 5 new headers.
The bid must include a mock up of the first one. If I see potential and after seeing the first mock up, I will be able to determine if you can do all 5.
I have tried to have these re-done only to find out people don't have a "vision", or enough "creativity", nor the ability to come up with simple clean images for the headers.
Headers must be all the same size and also include a 10 -15pixel area on the right so that it can be repeated to fit to screen size 100%.
If you are confident that you can do the job, then show me one (the first) as a mock up, and if I like it and the price for all 5 I will hire you ASAP.
