omeone who can make alterations to this system in the future. Incase i want to add new pages they should be able to add them into the password protected admin area. I am getting a few tools made that i would like to add to the admin area at some point and i want to hire someone who has the knowledge of how to do that.

Since the project is small and easy i expect the bids to be easy on the pocket as well.
