We currently operate as marketing support and customer care for telecommunications company in the United States. We run a small, dedicated call room to set up new service for customers and assist a field marketing staff by processing all of the setups they receive.

We are looking for a one or a few people / teams to head up a developing outbound program. These people would be responsible for calling on all of our current customers ( approx 4,000, potentially 30,000 more) with the goal of showing our appreciation for their service and for referrals to set up new service. They would then call on these referrals and set them up as well through a simple, online based order processing software.

It is very easy, even fun. This is very flexible providing you have a positive, friendly attitude, and stay with company guidelines. This is not high pressure cold calling, but a comfort on the phone as well as a sales mentality is important. A potential candidate will need a computer with internet access and a dedicated phone line to make and receive calls. Customer lists and call notes would be exchanged every few days with phone follow up.

This will be paid per new account set up. Additional bonuses will be paid if sales reach beyond a certain level. Simple quotas will be set to ensure accuracy in completing the project.

In conclusion, this is an awesome source of additional sales for us as a company as well as a freelancer to have fun helping people over the phone. Those who can do this well with high proficiency and low management can be expanded to more roles in our call room function.
