I am looking for an experienced website developer to collaborate with me to design and create a website that I need. This will also need to have a way for them to check and approve a PDF proof that will automatically pop-up in the process of checking out.
The database will offer 3 options: 1. Build it yourself, 2. upload your own design, or 3. A form to where lets them input information about the project and “let us design it for you” kind of like: http://www.vistaprint.com/business-cards.aspx?xnav=LeftItem&xnid=BusinessIdentity&dng=1141706.
I would like something unique and eye catching….maybe a flash heading like: http://www.largeformatposters.com/ and flash template portfolio gallery like: http://www.flashmint.com/show-template-2417.html which I will purchase and you would just need to integrate it into the site.
This website should also have a checkout cart to where they can pay online and a easy to use back end tool so that I can upload templates for business cards and banners and be able to update content and a portfolio gallery page within each category (Banners, Logo’s, Business Cards and website design) similar to: http://www.logoworks.com/Logo-design-recent-logos.html or the heading of

Graphic Design Biz cards and Flyer
some minor changes made to the design. I need the files converted to a PDF file so I can make minor changes to the text to fit the different types of real estate I sell 9business brokerage, commercial and residential). I already have a logo I just need it incorporated in to the designs I have for my business cards and flyers. I also needs some post cards designed to use in a direct mail campaign.
