Odds Comparison website and tipster competition

The project we would like to do is the following:
1)We want to re-create a site very very similar to http://odds.bestbetting.com/, the only difference is that would have to be for the italian market so the bookmakers that we will use for the feeds would be different. This is the list of bookmakers we would like to use:

2)the second part of the project is the tipster competition; we should be able to have the possibility to get this automated so users could provide their tips and based on what results they get they will be put in a table. There is should also be a login function that enable them to have access to a private page with different functionalities (we can provide more info on this phase).
3)The site should be done in a SEO friendly manner and in html
4)There should be a very easy way to manage the site CSM. We will not be able to know code to manage the content of the site

1)We have had some bad experience in the past with this site of people asking for some money upfront and than not be able to even understand what the project was about. If you think you will not be able to do it, please do not apply as we will not pre-pay anything. Only if you are genuine please apply as we will only pay the final product (we will obviously work and help you on msn during the project).

We have now developed a project to create two new websites one for Sport (with tipster competitions, news, etc.) and one for Poker (with news, competitions etc...but not to play poker). The site needs to have some specific functionalities (like odds comparison, etc.) and it should be bespoke.
