Asrep Tracking Script Fix

I have a website traffic Tracking Program called Asrep which I obtained from http://www.Asrep.com
My hosting company where I have been running this tracking program for the last few years has stopped my Asrep script from working because they say the script is not secure enough and can be hacked (it was actually hacked a couple of weeks ago and my website got banned - not good)
I have been trying to contact the guy who created the Asrep program and he is not responding.
So what I want is someone to fix the Asrep program so that it does not get blocked by my hosting companies firewall.
I have attached a file with the hack results, as well as a zip file containing the Asrep program files.
If the bids I get a too high I will simply replace the Asrep tracking program with another program that I already have.
My understanding is that for the right php programmer it will be easy.

st programmer I hired I need the job done fast, and 9 weeks after he began working only 5-10% is done !

Customize Pixel Tracking Script With More Features
I need my current pixel tracking script modified to include a "numbered image counter" - currently the script uses a transparent gif to track hits. I want it to show a image counter instead of a transparent gif.

Penny Auction Script Fix Bugs 2
unt for autobids. If I put in $ 35 in max dollars amount box. when bids up to $ 35 its look for is there any more bidder place in the bids if yes continue run autobids if not stopped and let the ticker whimming down and auction stop.

Website And Script Fix
of the pages that was to be integrated needs to be fix...The login page was integrated with the script but is not secure(reveals password). the autoresponder form needs to be integrated on index page. All html pages need to be changed to php, which is about 7 pages and we need some links replaced and removed. Lastly, a simple check that script is secure after all changes have been made.
It's a fairly easy fix for the experienced programmer.

Simple Script Fix - Cl Related
I had a script created that can search craigslist for records and outpout them and it has all of the sudden stopped working. Some of the values are not being displayed. This is very simple. Complete the code, show me it's working and I'll select you and pay you. The code is provided in the PMB. All I need you to do is tell me what lines I need to change via PMB. Fix Tracking Script
I have a tracking script that I use to log traffic that I send to affiliate programs. It works great in Mozilla, but I have noticed that it is opening multiple tabs in IE.
It should load the final URL almost instantly in the same page, like it does in Mozilla.
IE says that pages with different security need to open in different windows. Arghh!
Code in attached file, not sure if PHP needs closing tags or not.

Simple Php Tracking Script
is also in <script src ...<noscript... format, will be placed on my or on any server and will do an mysql insert when the user has that unique cookie on the computer.
Each cookie can only do one mysql insert, after that it should be expired/deleted. If the user has more than one cookies, it also must make only one insert.
And on one page that is nice looking should be a listing of all datasets that were inserted with cookie timestamp, time, aid, user id.
