Username/Password page to log into website

This is a pretty simple project. I have a website that the company is requiring we password protect. I want the main page to look as it does now-meaning colors, background, title etc.. all text will be removed, but simply have user name prefilled in and then a password to enter.
Now.. because I want people to be able to enter, I also want something that lists what the password is.
So, example-the main page can simply say 'To enter Team Go.rman website' use password '1234' etc.
The website is www.teamgo.rman.com. Leave out the period between o and r. I just don't want anyone who searches to find this.

3 Margins: The pages should print to 1 letter sized page without runoff, so that if the dynamic content will generate multiple pages, it should not print a blank page in between or run from one page to the other etc. The tables should be locked into place
This is not a complicated job, I'm just trying to be specific. I have the exact pages for you in PDF format made, they just need to be copied.

Delphi program to update Joomla website

these 2 websites are basically copies of eachother, one is a production site and the other is a staging site. only difference between 2 tests is urls and user/pass.
when click either button, it will login to site, if login successful will show next to button green light, if unsuccessful will show red light. thats it.
Would like it to pull the user/pass and url from a text file so I can change in the future if necessary.
