I need an expert level PHP and Javascripting person to review and tweak the code to fix some validation and formatting issues. The form has quite a bit of hidden fields unless certain options are selected when filling it out.
The validation does not appear to be completed and the autoresponder that is sent also has a few formatting issues as data is being called for a few wrong fields.

boxes are not getting wrapped round the comments anymore from front end side or admin side. This makes the conversation all jumbled together.
