I am looking for and experienced and honorable link builder who can provide only quality links to my site. We are a niche business with a Page rank of three on Google for our key words. I am interested in only links that follow the parameters set below. Again these are to be White Hat only. We have respected good name and a respected site with age behind it. So black hat will not even come into play

No black hats are allowed and if they are found out or observed the contract ends with no payment. So lets be very clear as I am happy to pay for good white hat work. I do not have the time to do this myself. So I am willing to farm it out, but I will be testing every link as I would do if I was doing the work myself.

6. Link page must have been recently (within the last three months) cached by Google and Yahoo and not excluded from results.
7. Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink (anchor). Which I will provide.
