The Imagination Group is a private New York, NY based product research and development agency with clients like GM, GE, Calphalon, Sony, Panasonic, Nintendo, Microsoft, Google, and Dell to name a few.
What We Need: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We require the talent services of a Industrial Designer with the skills of product design. The ideal provider should have the ability to design a product from provide design specification briefs and establish a product from concept to prototype development. We need a very versatile designer, someone who can meet deadlines effectively, to stay in production timeframe. We also seek someone that can handle design 12-15 products for various clients in one project at the same time producing 12 15 products from concept mode to prototype mode within 30-45 days.
Whats included In the Project: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As the Lead Designer you will be assigned one project with 12-15 products all in pre-concept stage. (Pre-concept stage is products that are only in the idea phase which need to be materialized in visual image from the specifications provided.) Again you must have the time, ability, and skills to work simultaneously (at the same time) and produce all products by the given deadline date. Each product will have its own fixed development price and the project total compensation price will have the total of all products involved. I have provided the titles of the products involved in this project package:
1. TFT OLED Flat Screen TV
2. Home Hydroponic Appliance
3. Home Aquaponic Appliance
4. Electronic Consumer Kitchen Assistant Aid Device
5. Luxury Cutlery Knife Set & Cookware/Bakeware Set Series
6. Electronic Consumer Grade Greaseless Frying Appliance
7. Electronic Media Reading Device
8. Electronic Educational Teaching Assistant Device
9. Electronic Restaurant Ordering Management System
10. Handheld Smart Cell Phone
11. Mini Laptop/Notebook Computer
12. Three Door/Phase Refrigerator
What are your Task & Duties: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You will be required to perform the following task and duties for the entire project and each itemed product in the project package:
1. Design a concept sketch of the product
2. Fine tune the design of the product and determine the special features and attributes of the product
3. Design a final sketch of the product, make sure the features fit with the clients vision and the product meets all clients specification and function requirements
4. Convert the final sketch design into a 3D realistic visualization
5. Produce the product on a presentation board with a introduction of what the product does, and multiple views of the product for presentation purposes
6. Develop a complete technical specification, materials, and functionality sheet for each product so the manufacture of the product can effectively fabricate, model, manufacture the product into a prototype stage. You must clearly define every detail of the product so the manufacture can produce the prototype effectively

The project budget is fixed for each product included. I have provided the entire budget price for the design of each product from concept to prototype stage. I have also provided the total budget/compensation for the entire project:

Legal Disclaimer
If agreed to work with our group, you would be a legal Independent Contractor of our company which would be govern by US, EU, and International Commerce Laws. You will be provided a complete legal contract. Once you sign that contract it is legal binding meaning you are required to complete the services detailed in the agreement. If you fail to do so our company and client companies can hold you legally responsible for failure to produce per the contract agreement and you will be liable for failure to meet agreement terms, and therefore and money lost due to promotion, development, etc which reliable on a completed project you may be liable for. Our company and client companies will take what ever legal action is required to recover all damages because the bad business transaction. We do this to protect our company and clients for due losses do to bad providers.
Terms (Intellectual Property Rights)
You are the Independent Contractor and will be working with our company as freelancer on a work for hire contract agreement. Once you agree to the terms and sign the contract, the work you produce is property of the client company because of the information that would be provided in the development of the products. Our company as/will be stated in the agreement is solely responsible for paying the Independent Contractor. Clients have no knowledge or responsibility to pay the Independent Contractor Provider. Contractor must agree to all terms, conditions in the work for hire agreement.
Conditions
The Independent Contractor will be paid in accordance to the contract and the terms and conditions found within the document. Our company uses one method of payment and that is Bank to Bank Transfer to a legal world banking institution. Our company will remit payment as stated in the agreement in a lump sum payment. More detail will be give at discussion.
