EMAIL DESIGN THAT ADVERTISES MY SEMINAR AND WRITTEN MATERIALS THAT THE CUSTOMER WILL BE PURCHASING
What I would like to do is "sell" a seminar to real estate professionals around the country. Also included for those people that signup for the seminar will be an Ebook thats about 60 pages long that talks about how to start your own loan mod business, an advance fee agreement thats about 10 pages long, and a few more pages of Bank Guidelines.
So what I will need is the following:
*** A one page website that promotes the seminar and materials im selling .You will write the text to promote my seminar and materials.(I will give you several links to look at to draw inspiration from) and also another page that allows them to pay or just redirects them on the one page to PAYPAL OR GOOGLE CHECKOUT. I need you to create the site and make it extrememly attractive and have a classy high end look.
Here is an example of a "Do Your own loan mod book". You will notice that its one page and has link to payment. Of course my product is diffrent because i sell it to real estate agents(not homeowners). This page is fairly basic but its sort of like what i want. I would like something a little more attractive and enticing.

*** An email that you will basicly write and design that promotes the things im selling to the clients. This email can be the similar to the webpage you make I am having an outside contractor send out the email that you design. So once the agent clicks on the email that you design they will learn about the product as well as be able to click on a link that directs them to the website and design a link on the email that quickly takes them to the method of payement.
*** Whats the best way to have the customers make the payment. Google pay? Paypal? Whats the best way to do it so that its fast easy and efficent? You need to setup the website so they can either click a link to a payment page or pay within the site?? You will need to make this process easy and efficent.
*** I need you to figure out the best way for the people that buy the seminar to get their materials once they pay. An automated system that sends them the files in zip or maybe something that notifies me that they paid and notifies me to send the file to the paying customer. What is the best way to get this to them and can you create a system that gets them the material automatically once they pay or get me the info to send it to them. Please make suggestions.
