Website Rebuild needed

We are a successful adult community website similar in nature to Godsgirls.com and SuicideGirls.com. We are currently using the joomla CMS but are looking to step away and have a better functioning website. The first and most important thing we would need done is of course the membership areas of the site including the forums and the gallery. Beyond that most of everything is simply added features, however here is a simple
breakdown of what we would need in order of importance.
1) Base site with integration to our payment processors, CCbill and
Verotel - While we will not be using Verotel once we move over to the new
site, we still have about 375 subscribers on their service that would still
need access. New members would be billed and gain access through CCbill
2) Gallery Integration - We use Gallery2 which already has a lot of the
permissions pre-set. All you would have to do is make it synch users.
3) PHPbb3 Integration - Like Gallery2 we use service for our
forums. This would just need to be able to synch users when a user registers or logs in.
4) Store - While I am not picky about this, it's popular with our members.
I am willing to use a pre-written store.
5) Events Calendar - We attend and host a lot of events around the country,
and I need a place where I can list what events we'll be going to, who will
be there when and where they are and so forth. This does not have to be
anything fancy.
6) Model Profiles - This would include links to their gallery sets,
a small bio area where they can edit their stats / default pic, and finally
a small yet extremely simple blog area where they can post something and let
members comment, I don't really care about "friends" or any of that social
networking stuff, this is more or less for members to keep tabs on their

7) Potentials - When a new model signs up I would like them to be put into a
"potentials" user group (they can be manually added) Where they will have
limited access to the site, meaning only the forums and the model
submission/status pages.
8) Model Admin Page - This is where current and potential models can
submit their sets, and view that status of sets they have submitted, as well as modify their profile information and post blogs. The set status should only be changed by an administrator and should include just the name of the set and the status being "pending, not
approved (with small area for an admin to list reason), in queue, and live"
We are looking to have this done ASAP, and will be hiring within the next few days. You must be okay working with adult material and be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
