With the facts we have now, when MiniNova once banns your account whatever you do even change your pc or use virtual pc with clear windows and different IP MiniNova and thePirateBay has a way and understand that in the past they have banned you and you will get banned again in 1 hour the most when you upload your first file.
We believe that the way how it understands is: it sends some commands via bittorrent protocol to the bittorrent client who has announced the tracker of the file.
