Dear All,
The description comes from a Non-technical person so apologies for errors in usage of technical words. We are a Training company with more then 30 Trainers working in it. They train across various locations and send weekly and monthly reports. Now these reports are on excel which becomes really heavy for uploading or downloading. Also macros are enabled on these worksheets so that we can get cumulative scores, a pie chart and feedback scores for the trainer. Most of the trainer's due to busy schedule are not able to send it on time. If they send due to copy/paste or deletion of data they end up messing up with formulas which gives a wrong performance. Also I have to give monthly presentation in front of stakeholders and it becomes all the more difficult for me to correct or gather data in time due to trainer's doing different shifts.
Now I want somebody to design a Program or develop a software which can be run on MS operating system ( I will be the administrator and License holder) which helps us getting rid of the excel sheets. I have a blue print in my mind either you techies can build on it or it can help you visualize what I exactly require.
Amateurs please don't try your luck I need professionals with proven track record. Samples of prior projects required before getting the job in hand. Payments will be made after completion, trial and satisfaction of the job. To prove you have read the whole description answer the question below:

Currently we have a flash chat application which uses php/mySql, but it is not being able to handle more than 50+ users. So if any one can come up with any solution for the existing room to be optmized to handle more users, then that also is welcome
