Flash PDF viewer based on SWFtools

We are looking for a talented FLASH + JaveScript developer
who can customize the open source SWF tools
http://www.swftools.org/flash/paper5.html
you do not have to use this code base,
but its recommended. However if you choose to
use another one it has to have direct conversion
between pdf and flash, we do not want to store or
process intermediate jpg files
add some usability and nicer presentation features,
which can be seen on
http://www.pagegangster.com/p/nb6sU/1/
you do not have to replicate exactly the same
behaviour, but something similar, eg flipping
the page is not our priority, but EASE and FUN
to use is a must
Required funcionality:
- jump to a page by entering the page number
- view more than one pages in thumbnail version
at once (up to 16-20 or so, which is still usable
to see the content and large enough to easily click on)
- zoom in and out with ease similar to pagegangster, so you do not have
to go off the page to reach the interface button
- enhanced user experience effect between changing pages
flip is desired, but minimum a slide in/out with fade as it can be seen
on http://www.pdccreative.com.au/ under the menu item PORTFOLIO
maybe with integration of this library http://script.aculo.us/
- print button must be able to be configured to securely hide from the user)

- Simple and clear navigation

Add link support to PDF viewer including option to highlight
hting of links as an option. Links to non pdf documents should raise events in the application which can be handled by the code to open other viewers to be developed. For the purposes of this project a link to a video could simply display a dialog saying "File: [file path] could not be displayed". We will have many additional projects this is just an initial a proof of concept.

Flash SWF viewer for PDF and TIF files
SWF file must not be easily downloadable. Probably passing some encrypted value to the Flash player which decodes the SWF path.
5. The flash player must have a facility to specify a logo - so that it can be branded.

with OCR should have the option to search keywords within the document. The results should be highlighted, similar to what Adobe Acrobat is able to do.

Auto-populate Pdf Form Fields Based On User Choices
I will need to be provided all scripting and/or table format used in order to accomplish this project so if any changes need to be made in the future I have all the information.
I have attached the orignal blank form.
Any finished product (auto-populating form) will be my property and no further distribution of this form will be allowed. Once the bid is accepted I will provide my custom form of this pdf so that the auto-populate features may be added.
