to incorporate in the videoconference and before sending you the GUI screenshots, I need to see at least one implementation you already did of a flash multi-cam video conference, and also I would need a quote for a multi-cam video conference for up to 13 people; of course the final quote will be different according to the specific features I will then reveal, but at least I need a basic/general, Red5 videoconference Quote and to see a similar work made by you.

The communication SHOULD BE PEER-TO-PEER; OpenTok is an example of NON peer-to-peer videoconference: it have TONS of latency and therefore, "echo". What I need is peer-to-peer communication to avoid that latency.

Note that videowhisper is GPL for everything except the swf component - this costs to get the full version that works without limitations. I do not want the swf decompiling and nulling as that would get me into trouble, but either a flash component built from scratch or something that is already open source adapting to fit the site.

ber it automatically opens a live broadcast feed area (even if one didn't exist) for that member with profile information below. We want only the profile information to load and the live broadcast area to only appear if we choose the actual running live broadcast through the homepage.

Additionally I'd like to be able to add other ad areas within the admin.

I don't think any of these other issues would be very time consuming for someone who knows what to look for.
