I need a ebook store created with a CMS and NOT from a template

I need an ebook store created for me. I know exactly how it should look and will provide you with pictures, but I need it secure and robust with a straightforward CMS.
It needs to be paypal integrated and I must be able to add ebooks, each which will have its own page with information on it and links to other ebooks that might be relevant.
I must own all the code (and it must be handed over) with basic documentation.
Please only apply if you can do this and have examples of ecommerce related work you have created yourself that is NOT from a template. There is the possibility of other work.

updated to integrate some additional functionality to a site I coded a year ago using Dreamweaver. Coder must be familiar with ASP, VBSCRIPT, MYSQL and use Dreamweaver 8. I will need to make sure I can modify these pages in the future with Dreamweaver.
