Delphi program trixbox integration

We have a custom-made program developed by Delphi, we are using trixbox phone system, want to:

1. Call ID retrieve
Get call ID when customer call and pass the call ID to program for populate the customer info.

2. Click to call, be able to click inside the our program to send phone number to some program like x-lite etc to make phone call, and return the call result (busy, wrong number, success etc).
